Bioseparation and UHPLC: Characterization of an ADC mimic

Antibodies are useful vehicles for carrying small molecule drugs to their therapeutic targets. Finding the appropriate drug to antibody-ratio (DAR) is crucial for the right balance between therapeutic efficacy and toxicity. Today’s application note shows the use of SEC-MS to analyze the DAR of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) mimic. HIC-UV is used as orthogonal method confirming the obtained results.
